Faciliton

A free AI facilitation assistant — built on 20 years of methodology.

I wrote a book to give away everything I know about facilitating great workshops. Now I've built an AI tool to take that even further.

Faciliton puts my methodology in your pocket. Set objectives, design your agenda, prepare your materials, and get a pep talk before you walk in the room. It's the next step in my commitment to giving away what I know — so I can focus on the work that only a human in the room can do.

Why would I give away my expertise?

Because that's the whole point.

Most consultants hoard their methods. They drip them out in expensive engagements and live in fear of being commoditized. I did the opposite. I poured everything I know into an AI tool and made it widely available.

Faciliton can do 80% of what I used to charge for. And I built it anyway — because the 20% it can't do is the work that actually matters. The moments of genuine uncertainty. The room full of anxious leaders. The situation where nobody has the answer and someone needs to guide the group through the basement to the other side.

That's what I do. Faciliton handles the rest.

How It Works

1

Set Your Objectives

The AI walks you through defining three clear objectives — one external challenge, one internal challenge, one tangible output.

2

Design Your Agenda

Chat with the AI to shape an agenda that fits your schedule, your group, and your objectives. Then generate a complete facilitator agenda and a clean participant-facing version.

3

Prepare Your Materials

Generate pre-work questions, a tailored venue and materials checklist, and browse the exercise library for guides on every technique in your agenda.

4

Walk In Ready

Get a personalized pep talk before you walk in the room. Then use real-time advice during the workshop when the unexpected happens.

5

Reflect and Grow

After the workshop, capture what worked, what you'd change, and what you learned. Your reflections build a coaching profile that makes Faciliton smarter about your style over time.

For Facilitators at Any Level

Whether you're facilitating your first board retreat or your hundredth, Faciliton meets you where you are and helps you go further.

For facilitators who want to go deeper

Faciliton is free and genuinely useful on its own. But if you want expert-level guidance or direct access to Eric, there are a few ways to go further.

Expert Exercise Guides

Go beyond the basics on any exercise in the library. Each guide includes what to watch for, common mistakes, how to adapt on the fly, and the kind of nuance that only comes from running an exercise dozens of times.

Agenda Review Call

Eric reviews your Faciliton-designed agenda and gives specific, actionable feedback in a 30-minute call. What to change, what to protect, and how to read the room when things go sideways.

$500

Post-Workshop Debrief

After the workshop, talk through what happened with someone who understands the craft. What surprised you, what you'd change, and what to carry into the next one.

$250

Workshop Day Pass

Power users designing a complex workshop sometimes need more AI requests than the free tier allows. A day pass gives you 150 requests for 24 hours — more than enough for even the most involved agenda.
